Pachamama

Welcome!

My name is Oliviero and I am an Italian electronic engineer working in Nuclear Fusion research.

Here you can find news about me and my life, but this site, and in particular the Blog section, is devoted to speaking in defense of our Planet.

This is why I entitled it “Pachamama“. Pachamama is an Inca goddess; the word, in Quechua, means “Mother Earth”.

I learnt it during my Honeymoon in Summer 2007 when, together with my wonderful wife Laura, I went to Peru.

The main language of my site is English, but feel free to leave your comments in Italian, French and Spanish too!

P.S.: by the way, there is no contradiction between Nuclear Fusion and defense of our Planet. I’ll try to say something about Nuclear Fusion somewhere in this site.
